Just make the fight if martinez beats cotto. Both guys deserve a big pay day and mayweather will probably not fight either one, so just make it happen. Who cares about weight. Disadvantage.? Both will get what they want. Pac a catchweight which benefits him and martinez gets by far his biggest paycheck.

This is crazy. Even atv155 catchweight for middleweight fight Pac's opponents would have 30 lbs advantages over him fight night. Pac could die in this weight class. The best Pac can right now is to fight at 140. That is his true weight class right now.

I really don't mind if Pacquiao decides on a catchweight of 155 for a 160 title. That is understandable. But since he and Floyd weigh the same on fight night, one should not have an excuse as to why he can't let his 154 opponent fight at the full 154 limit. 155 would sound fair to me.

This is why I hope Martinez wins as well.

I don't want Canelo, Mayweather nor Pacquiao winning any EASY Middleweight titles, they need to beat a legit MW.

Rather it be Martinez or Glovokin.
Yeah, an easy Linear, Undisputed, MW Champion of the World from the man it self...you bunch of numbnuts none of your "champs" steped up to fight Sergio, but Cotto did so.

Now, you are quick to say that it will be easy, etc, blah blah. ***off! The only one taking the REAL risk is Cotto, not Floyd, not Pac, not fraud canelo, but only Cotto has the ballz to face Sergio.

              STFO for God's sake!

You can't be one of the GOAT's beating much smaller fighters. Martinez was clearly a very good fighter in his prime but the Murray fight showed where he stands right now vs real Middleweights. I imagine he wouldn't do too good in a rematch vs Murray or a fight with Golovkin.

Incorrect, He beat De La Hoya at the legitimate Jr MW weight limit of 154lb. Therefore he is indeed a 5-division world champion. He also beat Cotto at 154lb. So He is a 2 time legitimate World champion at 154lb. Again, how many of Pac's division titles are for illegitimate vacant belts?

Stop being dramatic. Cotto is fighting Martinez for the money, he's the biggest money fight that was available to Cotto and he took it for that reason. Cotto turned down Martinez to fight Margarito rematch because of money. Sure it's a risky fight for Cotto, but Cotto got lucky that his most lucrative option is also seen in high regard by fans because of the risk. Make no mistake, because of the split he's getting, this is Cotto's best pay day vs some that doesn't have a surname Mayweather or Pacquiao. It was even more money than fighting Canelo, due to the split.
