Based on what huh? Based on that you're a ****** Golovkin fanboy?
Wards resume is far better than Golovkins, not even comperable.
Ward beat easily Kessler, Froch, Bika, Green, Abraham, Miranda, Dawson (and don't come with the "only fight in Oakland" bull****, none of these fights was a robbery, they were clear Ward wins) but still exist some idiot who say "Ward is'nt enough of a man to get inside a ring with Golovkin".

    Truth hurts I guess:

Golovkin: "We fight everyone from 154 to 168"
    Ward: "Let's do it"
Golovkin: "We have an unfinished business at 160"
after that: "I'd fight Chavez Jr at 168 but I won't stay there I'll go to super middleweight for just that one match, after that I'll go back to 160"

Golovkin/Kovalev fanboys are the new pactar ds.
    Stop your nonsense please!

$5mil? Jr only got $3mil to fight Maravilla (who got $1.5mil) who was and is a bigger name than Golovkin, and it's hard to argue that Jrs become a bigger draw than when he was an unbeaten rising star.

I can respect Jr for not being forced into signing for extra fights (or whatever has actually happened), but if he was being offered a good payday, IDK say $2.5+ for GGG and is already tied into a contract anyway, I can't see any particularly good reason not to take it. Anyway, the situation remains pretty opaque and it's not really possible to judge what exactly has happened without further information.

        Damn!!

damn damn damn one hell of an interesting fight down the drain.

Idk whether to believe Arum or not, I wonder if there is any word on this matter

        from Jr's camp.

I can understand him wanting to take that Haymon sweepstakes but damn this

was one hell of an opportunity passed up.

I believe Ward currently has a promotional dispute going on. He isn't fighting any one at the minute. I'm fairly certain he's not scared of GGG at all.

But don't let facts get in the way of race-fuelled hating.

Surprise surprise, you mean nobody actually ever had any intention of getting Chavez Jr. beaten into a coma?

GGG keeps getting KO victories outside the ring.

If that's the case, Jr. has nobody to blame but himself for the extra time added on due to suspension.

Chavez (48-1-1, 32 KOs, 1 NC) was interested in boxing Golovkin, according to Arum, but for an unspecified purse that was more than Arum’s Top Rank Inc. was willing to pay the popular Mexican fighter for facing Kazakhstan’s Golovkin (29-0, 26 KOs).
