Unfortunately, you have an individual ("owner" in De La Hoya) who is shaking off from a public scandal which dampers his and Golden Boy's credibility coupled with a CEO in Scheafer who seems to work exclusively with Al Haymon managed fighters. Something is going to give.....

Other than Floyd, Haymon doesn't manage anyone who is important. Golden Boy is everything. Without Golden Boy, how is Haymon and Mayweather to get paid?

Thank you Oscar! As a true boxing fan I just want to see good fights. I'm over the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight. Just want to see good fights who knows maybe we can see a D. Garcia vs B. Rios fight or a Maidana vs Marquez. And if were really lucky a Rigondeaux vs Mayweather so we can see them run away from each other .

One has to understand his life to understand him. Oscar grew up very secluded, even though he was from one of the worst areas in LA, his father never let him do anything.

He never got into street fights, did drugs, dated chicks, it was boxing 24/7. So it's not a shock that in his later years he spread his wings. He was ****ing tons of chicks, having kids out of wedlock and then got into the drugs.

Oscar was a bad mother ***er in the ring, but I also think he missed out on a lot of love in his personal life especially from his father. His mother died when he was young and that affected him as well.

I see this behavior a lot among people who were never allowed to do things on their own early in life. Hopefully Oscar gets his **** together because I think down deep he's a good person and I think Sheafer is going to try and *** him over behind his back.

I met Sheafer in Miami for the Canelo vs Mayweather presser and he came off as one slimy mother ***er.

Hope everything irons out, Schaeffer was doing everything for years, while Oscar did what he wanted, and now they are the top promotional company. With Oscar coming back to a day to day position, that's hard on everyone but Oscar, I hope he see's what he's doing and really tries to make it all work, and is also considerate to those that made his company what it is. It seems that a lot of people on here really do not like black people for some reason, the bias behavior is appalling and for a fighter to appease everyone's list of people they want them to fight in this day and age its damn near impossible , live with it..

we get bananas thrown at us in soccer games, NBA owners do not want us at their games or in their pictures, called ****** trash, monkeys, Gorrilas, go back to the jungle etc and this is what I am reading on this sites forums..
