Even Mayweather needed more than himself on his show and using Khan with Broner was a very smart move! Mayweather with Pacman is the ONLY match up that could stand alone on a PPV!

I don't think Ward has the same interest in the sport he once had!
He would be a very good commentator, I think he's looking for a safer gig!

when you pay the guy 2.1 million to fight edwin rodriguez, you turn him into a ppv star.

hbo did this. they can't pay him much more than that without ppv.

Agree, I think he's frustrated that Floyd gets big money for doing the same thing he does but he's not being paid like that because he's not a controversial character.

Ward willingly re-signed his contract with Goosen in 2011.

It's not like he was 20 years old, and didn't know any better. He was 27, was already participating and making a name for himself in the Super Six tournament, which if memory serves me right began in 2009. He already had the attention of top promoters Top Rank, and Golden Boy, yet he chose to re-sign with Goosen.
It's his fault, and now he's trying to renege on his contract.

For most of boxing's history, Ward's 168 weight division didn't even exist.

Great boxers like Sam Langford and Harry Greb (middleweights) fought LHWs and HWs.

Andre Ward is afraid of fighting Kovalev, a man his own size, yet wants to fight Golovkin and Mayweater, both smaller men.

greb and langford both went blind. greb's career was over by the time he died. he had an eye removed. legend says langford was living in an unfinished basement in the dark before he was taken in.

they cemented amazing legacies, but i'm glad that fighters don't have to go through that any longer.

I get your silly attempt of a joke and again it's not funny.
You claim that it's not andres fault he is being shelved,
I and many others here beg to differ.

                  Again HE re-signed with Goosen.
He is the one not wanting to move up to fight Kovalev.
He's the one who has multiple times tried (unsuccessfully) to sue his promoter.

you literally asked me in your post if i was exaggerating.

you're seriously overestimating the value of your appreciation of my humor if you think i care.
