Floyd took a few low blows, a knee, a arm bar and a head butt.....didn't take or ask for a break....the King kept rumbling....most fighters would've used those moments to gather thoughts or wind in that type of fight

The red hardcore gloves and black soft **** gloves were shown to Ellerbe during the glove drama moment....one of the Everlast dudes was telling him Lucas used the black joints for Molina and Chino used the red joints for Broner...both commission APPROVED

Ellerbe wasn't focused on the gloves his attention was elsewhere but he was listening to the Everlast dude because when he mentioned the gloves he fought Broner in, Ellerbe turned his attention to the gloves and wanted to know which gloves was used for Broner

I didn't think nothing of it at the time but when I saw he was rocking the soft **** joints on fight night I had the "Houston we got a problem" look.....don't know what is up with the reigning King......I guess when he said dudes was gonna have to earn a win over him the HARD way, he was dead serious lol

I have no problem with Chino's rough house tactics....I have no problems with the 37 yr old version of Floyd being in a real rumble....I have no problems with the decision.....it's just that ****ing glove game they played on Chino.....even though Chino started it by trying to rock mittens.....the whole thing was a mess....not a good look at all....smh

2. If Floyd will stop holding him down and ducking his head the way he did or stop holding him to prevent Chino from punching in bunches, then yeah Chino will not gonna land his punches on the back of Floyds head. But will land his punches on Floyds rib cage at will.

If there will be a rematch, and I'm doubtful about it happening. Floyd will try his best to circle the ring and potshots Maidana, basically he will be on his bicycle throughout the fight. He didn't expect Chino to bullrush him the way Chino did. So, if there will be a rematch it will be boring as hell.

Is Floyd gonna allow Maidana to use/wear his punchers gloves with the same size? Or he will put that as one of his many stipulations to make sure Chino will have zero chance of winning by KO or TkO? Who cares about the gloves? If it was so important to Chino, instead of having something in the contract that says both sides must approve the gloves, he should has specified the gloves he wanted.

First off im a fan of Floyd just like Im a fan of many other fighters. You asked a question and i answered. Im not defending the Gloves thing I gave my take on it, because 1) it doesnt matter, 2) it happens all the time in boxing and you dont know or hear about it. It has actually happened to Floyd more then once so really get over it. And to finish this conversation with you, it is amazing how you let a person you dont even know, you'll probably never meet affect your emotions in such a way. I have respect for any man that climbs in the squared circle and puts his life and health at risk for money and the entertainment of others, unless that fighter cheated like Margaritto. Did Chino get deducted a point? That's not his job, his job is to beat the guy in front of him. Those are the responsibilities of the ref, had he deducted a point from Maidana after numerous warnings you think Maidana will continue to hit him on the back of the head (intentional or unintentional) both fighters fought dirty, don't act like May acted like a saint in there. The ref didn't deduct any point from Maidana so he continue doing what he did, as well as May. So stop crying about their tactics inside the ring.
