Having a box of gloves all without their factory sealing and wrapped in saran wrap would be questioned by anybody.

I've never worn Everlast, only Rival, Title and Grant, which weren't mine. So, other than the pictures I have no experience with the MX's.
So you're some kind of pro ****** that keeps posting this sht?

I can not only show picture of me in the gym, but also, show picture of the gym I had in my house -- Search the training section ... Idiot!!!!

Now, since you brought it up ....... How many picture can you show of you being in the gym?????????????????

Here's where real knowledge separates from the fantasy shit you're talking -- Gloves are kneaded in the knuckle to soften the material.

No ****** .... Aside from fake statements, you also can't fuckin read. Find where I made that statement ...... I'm be waiting while you don't post anymore.

No one ever stated that the gloves were illegal, only that the material had shifted.

Further more A GRANT GLOVE MANUFACTURER WAS THERE FOR THE WHOLE THING .... So, who's opinion carries the most weight, some moron on a forum whose never been in a boxing ring or boxed -- Or a professional glove maker who clearly stated that something was suspect.

Morton [Everlast representative] continued,"The gloves come in, we***8217;ll select out of the six pairs, three, randomly and we send them to Golden Boy. Golden Boy then takes those three pairs and takes them to the commission for approval as they did yesterday. It***8217;s he first time the fighters will see the gloves, the fighters selects one of the three pairs, like anyone else can. That***8217;s the process."

I'm not stating this because I wasn't there .... But someone who manufacture's professional gloves stated this!!!!

Look, the blue gloves were crap and were not wrapped in professional packaging. What happened to them, who knows? I do not know if the red ones were taken out of the professional packaging or not. I believe the black ones were. Both the black and red ones were approved. If you are questioning whether the gloves were tampered with, who knows, and I am sure we will never find out. They(Blue MX) probably were tampered with because I do not remember the Mayweathers having a issue with Cotto's gloves. He was wearing the MX glove also. You could see from the video that those blue ones were not right.

It's an other example of the ridiculous situations that unfold when a sport is weakly regulated and the rules are made up as you go along. The NSAC should have, in the most diplomatic language possible, told Floyd to go fuck himself. Unless Everlast have decided to sabotage their company just for the hell of it, Mayweather had no grounds for having the gloves changed.

you can look at it any way you want it and go on and post all the videos you want. but the truth is floyd didnt want marcos to have NO punchers gloves period. even if they were approved tmt didnt care cause health comes first. how floyd has fans is beyond me.

Exactly the point I was making in the OP .... Before the fan-boys started defending something they're not in a position to defend.

Garcia should have picked up that the gloves would not be approved before ever letting anyone touch them and TMT should have accepted the decision of the NSAC once all the blue gloves were tossed.

Adding: No one would even suggest that Everlast would sabotage their companies business future, but defects do happen and happen all the time.

Somebody on Maidana's team should have (once they felt the gloves) said or asked the question ..... Will these pass NSAC inspection?????

I didnt really follow the glove issue but if Grant said they were wrapped in saran wrap then thats funny but not su****ious thay they were trying to cheat.

Recently Vitali stopped, i think Wach, from using gloves cause they were thin in the padding so maybe this is the issue.

I wasnt there, didnt feel the gloves and really wouldnt know what the difference was but i dont think the commission would allow Maidana to use much bigger gloves just to help out Floyd.

Dont think gloves made a difference in Maidana losing
