Castillo roughed up Mayweather and there was an immediate rematch.

Give marcos his gloves and marcos should request a 22 ft ring

I already said if Mayweather is having problems with Maidana then he should retire after his contract is up. I think the reason he told Maidana to change gloves even the approved ones was that if dude got caught with illegal gloves then why risk it period. Can't blame him because Team Maidana broke the trust. I'm sure if the gloves were legit from the get then it would not have been anything to say or complain about. Shouldn't fault Mayweather for taking precaution ala Resto/Margarito.

It's funny how this worked out. Garcia isn't fighting at 147 until next year. Khan won't be ready until November, Thurman and Porter aren't ready, and Floyd probably isn't going to move up again. Rematch Maidana and you have your bout for September. Khan in May and Thurman/Porter winner in September.

Make It Happen! The Build Up will be much more entertaining and I think the numbers will be very good for the rematch. It is worthy of a rematch! Khan did not impress last night to jump ahead of Maidana getting a rematch

Not to mention Maidana got caught with illegal gloves. He went in there with a do what you have to do to get the win attitude but no one is crediting Floyd for dealing with the obstacles. I also give props when it is do but most posters on here don't give none to Floyd but call out other posters that do. In a rematch Floyd takes it soundly.
Real deal. That ****ing knee though.

I disagree with that score through the first six and so do countless other people, even if you don't agree, it was more than close enough to warrant both a rematch, and lots of discussion.
