The only round Maidana won the 2nd half was the 8th, though he still made Floyd every round.

Floyd adjusted to Maidana along the ropes, and also found range in the center of the ring.

I had Maidana up 4-2 after 6. Then Maidana won the 8th.

    I want a rematch.
Maidana won the first 5 rounds handily. Chino also handily won the 8th as well as 7th. He outworked Mayweather and even when Money continually cried to the referre, Chino still dominated.

I guess as long as you keep throwing wild ass punches, people will score rounds for you even if everything is smothered as *** or just completely missing.

IF MAIDANA DIDN'T HAVE TO WEAR PILLOWS FOR GLOVES HE WOULD HAVE KNOCKED FLOYD OUT!

Maidana won this fight and there is no way I could see this any less than a draw for him. Maidana won the first six rounds and the eighth round. Maidana won rounds in a more impressive fashion than Floyd. Floyd should have been warned and deducted a point for holding, and both guys landed low blows.
The punch stats were way off and not counting body shots. It's not surprising that the two Vegas judges had ridiculous scores and the one neutral judge had it a draw. The best was watching Floyd's face at the end of the fight, and then seeing Maidana with a perfectly unmarked face. And this is the guy that's The Best Ever lol?

Either way, if that was Pacquiao in there with Floyd...Pac would have dominated Floyd and been robbed by the judges because if Maidana puts up a performance like that and loses 117-111 and 116-112, then you have to knock Floyd out to win in Vegas. If you don't believe me just ask Jose Luis Castillo.

Floyd didn't look any older or slower, or anything from 2013.....it was Maidana those first 6 rounds had the Castillo blueprint going. Don't let Floyd breathe and throw as many punches as possible.

Floyd adjusted, like any of the greats, dug deep and won a close fight. Rematch is needed though.

I am not a Mayweather fan. I think he won. I do not want to see him fight Maidana again, he only has 4 fights left.

                    I agree. I had it 7-5 Mayweather, I'm okay with the draw. ShoStats: Total Punches Landed/Thrown thru 12 Mayweather [230/426, 53%] Maidana [221/858, 25%].

I think people will naturally be inclined to see a rematch but I think both fighters should move on. I think Mayweather stood in the pocket more than usual just to give fans a much more competitive fight, which is admirable. In a rematch he would box more and win more decisively sort of what he did with Jose Luis Castillo rematch.

Kudos to Maidana for making it more competitive than expected. My parents who don't really follow boxing even said Maidana gave a better fight than Canelo and Guerrero.

People seem to score easy rounds for boxers who push fighters against the ropes and just throw mass numbers not caring that alot of shots Maidana was clearly missing big, Mayweather score clean body shots. Even Paulie was noticing them cause he's a top technical pro.

Mayweather won by couple rounds easily. You haters bore me, your opinions won't matter anyway. Your just irrelevant to the scoring I'm afraid, history says Mayweather has won again.

Fact Pacquiao beat Marquez by questionable decisions but they still count. forget about it, enjoy the rematch.
You are such a ****** f**k. Where do you get off saying people don't know sh it? You're the boxing ****** FMJ nut sucker. Floyd got schooled by a B fighter, Next time stay off the blogs. You embarrass yourself. Moron.
