Nah.. For obviously ducking everything else. The fact that it had nothing to do with commission approved gloves, as TMT soundly rejected the approved red MX pair, approved Cleto Reyes, basically anything that wasn't Floyd's orthopedic custom Grants(pillows), lol. U wanna get stuck on a non issue with the rejected pair, when in fact in all pro fights dozens of gloves go through a QC... some get rejected while other pairs make the cut. Nothing different in this case as it is always the job of the commission to sort out the approved gloves before they are signed off on.

Floyd's camp raised a stink about the distribution of padding on Chino's custom coloured Everlast 8oz gloves. The boxing commission agreed, but for whatever reason said that wearing an identical pair of red gloves is OK because they've seen that colour before and the shrink wrap was better. Floyd's camp isn't OK with that, even though a fighter on TMT is using identical gloves, and numerous other pro fights have happened with those gloves in that state. Floyd fans have decided that Maidana was trying to cheat and thus should be restricted to only using the Eastern half of the ring, or whatever.
