How many PPV's does it take to make Floyd-Maidana a success?

    I think Bob and Golden Boy are not happy with either result. Even if they break even or make a small amount in the black, it probably does not = the time and effort involved making the event. Sure everyone gets paid and the slate gets wiped, but if the margins are that thin you cannot call either of them a success.

    People are getting PPV'd out. I buy about 3 PPV's a year and find myself waiting closer and closer to the last minute of ordering them. Frankly I find them too expensive for what they offer.

        That is true, those are big companies but they are not looking just to break even they want real profits as that is their whole business.

          Exactly! They are there to make money, otherwise what is the point. People are finding it harder and harder to pay their bills, yet they keep raising their prices and wondering why they are not getting as many buys.

            Floyd didnt get my money this time



            They're making every fight a PPV now. Im actually surprised Marquez vs Alvarado somehow didnt make it on PPV.

              ya seems like everytime boxing is on a roll they overbook ppv and ruin it. Obviously any floyd fight is a ppv fight but seems like they are over doing it for sure its literally atleast one a month
