Showtime needs a million and a half buys for it to be a success.

Me personally, i'd say 900k buys.

IMO? I'll answer that way as i can read unlike others.

A millions buys would be a huge success. 8-900k would not be hugely disappointing IMO.

Isn't Mayweather guarantee at least $30 million for every fight? Doubt Showtime would sign a contract that would need to sell 1.5 million PPVs every fight to make money. Sounds ******ed just thinking they would.

This fight is probably comparable to the Guerrerro fight. How much did that make and how much did Oac do against Bradley?

this is just an estimate but live gate + 1 mil(or close to it) ppv's + movies + sponsors = easily close to 100 mil or more that will be generated.....no to mention they didn't do that much promo for this fight compared to a canelo fight. i don't think showtime will be complaining.

Floyd's already successful. he don't need the #'s since his money is guaranteed. Chino on the other hand needs the #'s since his guarantee is 1.5 mil.
