most of you could learn a lot from me. almost all of you, in fact. i've been around boxing for a long time, and had direct involvement with it.

i've also seen lucas fight live. that means nothing only if you don't go to fights. you get a completely different idea of a fighter's power and speed, especially as he moves around the ring.

the people who agree with you are being foolish. they're matthysse fanboys. if a fighter goes through a war and you say he dominated it, you're foolish. that's just how it is, man.

And other than the KDs he was clearly outboxed and beat down the entire fight by lucas. His power got him 1 legit KD and thats all that showed in the fight

I don't know you at all, and you are nobody in the boxing world. What I do know is that you have long discredited Matthysse at every chance you get.

Matthysse won every minute of the fight besides a few power punches stunning him. If that's not dominant enough for you then fine. It is to me.

The one where Matthysse landed 60% and 200+ power punches and Molina lande sub 30% and 115 total punches.

bro, when you get knocked down, they start to count. if they count to 10, you are knocked out.

getting dropped puts you a hell of a lot closer to knocked out than it does to 100%.

i'm not going to sit here and argue the semantics of being "almost" knocked out. that's a complete waste of time. what cannot be argued is that matthysse was hurt, wobbled, and held on, which is what boxers do when they are buzzed. those are the steps that directly precede a knockout.
Really? Gee I didn't know that. What an enlightening nugget of knowledge. Glob, when did you become such a condescending know it all.

You said Matthysse was ready to go. No he wasn't. A guy can be put down and be just fine. He can be hurt and recover quickly. Matthysse was and did. As evident by the fact that he was calm, composed, and landing hard on Molina within seconds of getting up from both knockdowns, and the couple of times he was wobbled besides. Now you don't want to argue what "almost knocked out" means.

When a fighter is almost knocked out, or "ready to go," they typically are glazed or unsteady or covering up on the ropes. Matthysse was never in that kind of position.

The very first round Lucas got staggered.
Re-watch the fight , Molina also won the 3rd and 7th rounds without knocking Lucas down.
Molina was up on the scorecards going into the 8th round , even the Showtime analysts had him up.
I had him up by 3 going into round 8, it would have been 4 but I gave Mattyse the first round, the one in which he got staggered.
