Hatton - Floyd was freaking epic.

The build-up to the fight was incredible. Probably the best 24/7 I've seen. Hatton was really confident, he hasn ever been the same after that (got some personnal problems after the fight). It was Europe vs USA, the matador vs the bull. Two undefeated fighters. The atmosphere during the fight was crazy, with all Hatton's fight singing. I've rarely been that stressed during a fight.

Still, it's boxingscene, so people will revise history and say it was a bad win and find 100 reasons to downplay that win, but back at the time, when the bell rang, people were going crazy.

Note : After the JLC-Hatton fight many people claimed Floyd would never fight Hatton...

Mayweather-Pacquiao would be the fight of the century. Probably the biggest fight since Leonard-Hagler.

I don't like Floyd but I would have to say the Hatton fight. Hatton may have been undersized but it's still a good win.
For Pacquiao it would have to be the Cotto fight. Great fight that showed PAC out to be Top 2 in the world with a great fighter in Cotto falling short of that mark.

This is speaking of their post-DLH resumes

you're a fucking idiot. why the fuck would i be talking about a showdown when Sergio was at Welter? Wouldn't I be talking about the times where Sergio was actually chasing Manny for a fight?

hes talking about his style of fighting and opening up more offensively thats what he means by risk not opponents, any ranked pro fighter is a risk by the way

Plenty of people said the same about Leonard-Hagler.

Mayweather and Pacquiao are STILL......YES STILL TWO OF THE TOP THREE FIGHTERS IN THE WORLD.
