^This should answer your question, Oscar is the majority shareholder and Richard said he can be fired if Oscar wants to fire him. I have this feeling Richard wants Oscar to fire him badly lol, Richard feels like Oscar is dead weight and useless while he is doing all the work.

despite what schaefer is saying as a record for last year, i don't think oscar is happy with what their company accomplished financially that's why they're beefing.

Oscar would be dumb to fire Schafer. But then again, Oscar is dumb so I wouldn't be surprised. Frankly I don't think Schafer cares, he's has enough power and a big enough name to make his own company at this point. And there are plenty of fighters who would follow him. Schaefer basically welcoming Oscar to fire him so he can run along with Haymon and take all of their fighters to Mayweather Promotions and since they already have Stephen Espinoza in their pockets they get all the Showtime dates they want.

I don't like the fact that with Schaefer running things, he flat out refuses to work with others promoters and doesn't even want to attempt to negotiate.

That's what I'm thinking he would just run a promotional company with all of Al Haymon's fighters. Which is basically all the fighters at GB with a few exceptions. Then we would have the same Cold War situation Haymon/Shaefer vs TR/GB.

The thing is boxing fans can't separate business from how they want things to be. Schafer is doing exactly what any CEO is supposed to do. Distancing himself from a rival company that has called for the boyccott of your product. How the hell ppl think that's wrong is way beyond me.

Schaefer got his foot so far in the door and probably has a stock pile of money and promotions experience ,he probably could start his own company ,it could hurt GBP if he leaves. A marriage is a marriage sometimes you just have to deal with it. You probably looking at law suits and etc if things go sour.
