i think when he said "im a rich coward" that sealed it for me. i also see that all his fans have something in common......insecurity.

When did I realize Floyd is TBE? Well, probably a couple of minutes ago, when I read your thread titled, " At what point in Floyds career did you realize he was the TBE."

Also, it's better to say "he was TBE" and not "he was the TBE," since you are saying "he was the the best ever" in the second one.

Finally, I realized he was TBE when Mayweather proclaimed himself as TBE.

It was then that I knew the man could never lose a fight.

His career is really lacking a defining win however... beating a slow, flat-footed, drained fighter like Corrales who was dropped about 20 times throughout his career and had 6 losses by the age of 28 (including a beatdown by Clottey were he got dropped twice and nearly stopped) really doesn't do anything for me. Also, do people realize that Corrales' best wins going into the Mayweather fight were Gainer and Manfredy?

If Lara beats Alvarez in dominant fashion, perhaps a fight between him and Mayweather could be the defining moment in Mayweather's career. If Martinez looks good and destroys Cotto, a fight between him and Mayweather for the lineal Middleweight title could be the defining moment in Floyd's career (I could see it being hyped as the new Hagler v. Leonard similar to how DLH v. Hopkins was). Then again I wouldn't expect Mayweather to do either... I think we might have to settle for Khan/Collazo or someone even worse.

Besides the 2 links below, there are other articles that point to Diego's issues with weight at 130.

Diego's problems are brought up at 5:45 min mark.
At 10 min mark they say that Corrales did NOT make weight!

Diego s conditioning coach points out to Floyd trying to take advantage of Diego's issues.

Diego Corrales looked dead at 130 lbs. He failed to make weight on his first attempt, scaling two pounds over the junior lightweight limit. An hour later, after some downtime in a sauna, Corrales made the weight. By the time the bout began, Corrales had rehydrated to the tune of 146 lbs., although some of that weight could be attributed to a large club sandwich Corrales was seen scarfing in his dressing room a few hours before fight time. Once the fight began, Corrales appeared lethargic and later in the bout, his skinny legs frequently buckled under Mayweather's pinpoint accuracy.
