He is a solid defensive boxer who counter moves and counter punches very well. However he is very small in comparison to the great welters in history and has no power to compete with them. He now can't punch in combination in fear of getting caught with counters so he survives by picking opponents who move forward slowly and have a low work rate! Very smart but try to remember that when a fighter is the promoter, manager, matchmaker and agent there's a good chance he doesn't loose. sorta feeding himself
      get it?
He could be a top fifteen at 140lbs he has terrific skills but against guys like
Robinson, Gavilan, Hearns, Napoles, Leonard, Burley, Trinidad, Armstrong, Griffith theres more in the era with Curry, Starling etc that Floyd would be forced to fight. He couldn't get away with what he does now I assure you!!
By the way currently Floyd is undefeated as a Welterweight!!!!
His pro record as a Welterweight is .......11 wins 0 losses WoW!
Sugar Rays welter record was undefeated to 110 wins--0 looses!!!
There's a little difference who the ATG & Best Ever is and where lil' Floyd is!!

Wooooo that's fire. And it's true.

Floyd fans will now put a hit out on Ray

There hasn't been a point. Was this thrrad necessary? You're just gonna get a guy praising Mayweather in one post and someone bashing him the next. More drivel on NSB.

Didn't you read that Diego was weight drained. Kind of spoiled it for me when I heard that.

It was apparent when he beat Manny Pacquio in the "Fight of the Century". Nobody else was left that could be a danger to him. Truly the best ever.

Wait, that fight did not happen? That can only mean that he is not yet the TBE.

Cant decide on whether it was when he was running scared from Baldomir, or running scared from Guerrero.
