What does it say about Calzaghe that fans give him credit for Hopkins's achievements?

Whatever. Jones was THE VERY BEST AT LHW. It was a known thing, hence him getting the Ring title. Stop playing ****** to suit your delusional fantasies.

He wasn't lineal because not all the euro bums would travel for an a55 whipping. At least Woods had the balls to step up and attempt to be great.

So be it he was not lineal on a technical level but, he was the very best.

Note: Jones beat Hill , whom was the lineal champ, worse than DM did and he beat Gonzalez whom went on to beat DM.

It doesn't matter what the reason is, YOU said he was the Lineal Champion and the fact is, he wasn't.

Well there you go you just said it; He wasn't Lineal. You said earlier he was Lineal, which, he wasn't.

What does it matter about the last part? That didn't make him the Lineal Champion because he beat Hill better and it doesn't make him Lineal that he beat the guy who did beat the Lineal Champion at the time.

Oh I know the difference but I consider Jones the best(real one and only champ) when Tarver beat him. That passed along and Joe became 'the man' because Hopkins was the man. This stems from the #1 ranking in the world Jones had sometime around 1997 to 2004.

I don't care what Erdei had. He was a joke.

                Here's whats really going on:

You pick a sub topic to harp on because the real topic you don't have a ****ing leg to stand on.

                Now pi55 off.

You know the difference yet you claimed he was the Lineal Champion, went back and forth about it for a few pages then ended up saying "He wasn't the Lineal Champion"

No one's dis*****g Roy Jones was the best fighter at LHW at the time. What's being disputed is your claim that he was the Lineal Champion, which he wasn't.

Doesn't matter who you think was the "Man" the fact is he was never the Lineal Champion like you claimed.

Whay hang onto one term I used? Why sit here and write response after response one that one term? Answer: You know I'm right about Joe initially and will do anything you can to distract from the real issue and topic here.
Lineal or not, he was the very best in two divisions and held the Ring title, which is a special thing. In this case, that's what matters, so comment about that and stay on topic. It's called 'grasping at straws'.
