of course he is one of the 10 most skilled...one of the 10 most accomplished, one of the 10 best...of course he should have a spot but it's Hopkins we're talking about....the dude who made most so called experts look and sound like they don't know **** about the sport....so of course he gets overlooked or slanted eyed

No not right now. However, if he can somehow unify the titles against Adonis Stevenson then the answer would be yes.

It's ridiculous that he hasn't been in the top ten p4p. But people had Broner, Rigo, Donaire, Garcia and others there.

Chad Dawson should be so much more than he was, but you need Mental Toughness in this sport.
Hopkins took something off him Dawson took a lot of damage in the fight. During the post fight interview he looked like he wanted to cry.

Hopkins' knowledge of distance, angles, and ring awareness/position is almost unmatched.

Speed and Power aren't the only things you measure when you make a P4P list. You consider and weigh every factor that can get you the W.

The fact still stands that Bernard Hopkins is almost 50 years old and this mother****er is a multi-belt champion. That is literally unheard of, the **** this old dude is doing is unbelievable.

The #1 thing to look at when making a P4P list is recent W's and L's and the quality of each opponent. Hopkins recent record isn't that impressive.

Was he top 10 before? Cause shumenov looked way too utterly terrible to elevate anyone to top 10
