Well, Rios did test positive for a diuretic in order to make weight at 147.

Huge difference in 145 and 140 man....1 or 2 pounds that is not water weight makes a huge difference to an athlete
The fact that he comes in 143, 144, 145 for fights contracted at 147 says to me that he isn't even worried about making weight.

Yup. he would be a beast at 140, to me he was always a natural 140.

he would actually have to train hard, because he probably gets lazy and even admitted he can eat whatever when he fights at 147

Go ask him. I don't know why he does it only that he does.

Well I don't need to ask him because what you're saying is plainly ******ed and I can come to that conclusion on my own.

That depends on his training... Like how do you not know this? Its also called "over training". If he is already a small fighter in his weight class then depending on how hard he is training and mixing it with him dehydrating to make weight they will usually come in a few pounds under their goal. This also depends on body mass as well as bone structure. Its not that hard to figure out. Funny that when they re-hydrate they end up back at the weight they started before they started training. According to Team Roach, they did it for speed purposes.
