He obviously can if he wanted to. The guy comes in the ring at 151 pounds or less. When he first came to 147 he really was a 140lb fighter. He wanted to feel comfortable so he just paid the fine vs Marquez. Why do people try to turn this into something other then what it is? If you are considered a "small" or "natural" WW that really means that in this day in age you really are a 140lb fighter. Both Manny and Floyd are natural WW if we go by the old school ways. This day and age with all the bs re-hydrating, people seem to forget this. When you dehydrate you weaken yourself. People need to remember this. This is why some of these fighters come in 15-20 pounds above their weight class for a power and size advantage.
