Manny can not make 135 or 140 and be 100 percent either man,both are around the same size and would have to dehydrate themselves to get that low

I don't think he can make 135. I'm almost certain he can make 140 and still be fine. He was 145 at the weigh-in for Bradley. He usually comes in 143, 144, 145.

I don't know how much sway Roach holds over Provodnikov but I doubt he wants one of Manny's last fights to be against a brutal puncher from their own gym who nearly killed Bradley
