      mayweather is below 150 the month leading up to the fight. he could be a t 140 easily

            150 lb is the average walking weight for humans 5'7" tall. At 35 yrs old, they're hitting 160 lb. Rios was like a zombie when he was fighting at 135. He's 5'8"

                    Because he wants to go in to fights close to 100% and dehydrating weakens fighters.

                      Whether or not Pacquiao is seriously considering this he's definitely a 140 fighter as far as I'm concerned. He's been killing small giants.
