Of course he can make 140, He doesnt seem to cut any water weight in his 147 fights.
And as for Mayweather he also should have been able to make the 144 weight for Marquez . A athlete that can weigh 149 pounds 30 days before a fight should easily be able to dehydrate 5 pounds of water, (Normal nobodies can do it). But it seems he refuses so it wont affect his stamina.
Dumbass that isn't a story that is a fact, widely known fact that he had to add weight to make the minimum when he first went pro (he was still living day to day when he was 16).
how about you speak on how much weight pac was draining himself by to fight at the lower weights, please dont leave that info out since you want to go in depth.
What are the fight night weights for Mike Perez? He came in weighing the same as Klitschko. He must naturally be the same size.
Of course power punchers are going to add muscle for greater power and pure boxers keep themselves lean for speed. Do you think Manny came out of the womb with those muscles?

Could Floyd have fought at 112 lb at 20 even if he rehydrated? No way in hell. Could he have fought at 122 lbs at the age of 24 by dehydrating? No, he couldn't even get himself down to 130 at age 25.
Manny is at least 8 lbs naturally lighter than Floyd.
What sort of fantasy world do you guys inhabit where Floyd ducks no one and weighs the same size as someone who started out 6 divisions lower?

Floyd outgrew 125 lbs (amateurs) at the age of 19. Pacquiao outgrew 122 lb just before his 25th birthday. This is all the more noteworthy because muscle mass peaks by age 25. Mayweather moved up to 135 because he couldn't make 135 anymore. Jim Lampley says as much in the introduction to the Castillo fight. He was 25 at the time. Pacquiao started fighting at 130 lbs at 27. In other words, Pacquiao just started making a weight at 27 that Floyd couldn't at 25.
You can pretend Pacquiao and Mayweather are naturally the same size, but any unbiased boxing fan knows it's nonsense.

How many people verify this story? Just because someone says he did it doesn't make it a fact.
He's really REALLY lean. It'd be hard for both Mayweather and him to make it. I could see em at 140...maybe not as strong looking but possible at their age. 135? Dont see it. At all for Pac. Dude adds a few pounds inbetween fights no way he makes 135 now. Pac isnt that small. Hes a natural 147, as is Floyd... The problem is the dudes cutting 10-15 pounds n s hit. If the weight classes were further spread apart theyd fight at the weights they are now where they are at their most comfortable and powerful.
