As I recall, after Louis beat Braddock for the title in '37, his first order of business was avenging his KO loss - and he did.

        What exactly has Pacquiao done?

You really need me to say "Nonito"? Santa Cruz only has potential he need not be named. But yes, rigo and nonito are top p4p talent. And no I dont think Bradley was top 5. Personally, i hold the 5 I named in higher esteem than I do Bradley. He might have an official win over Pac and a victory over Prov due ti a missed call but thats enough for me to see that he isnt p4p top 5.

Bradley was conveniently not top 5 p4p to many til this Pac fight got made.

Bottom line, he isnt as good in his weight class as Wlad, Floyd, ward, rigo, or martinez(??? Here but til proven otherwise lets not pretend he hasnt put in work)... Again, this is just my opinion as most p4p lists are but I dont think The top 5 listed are all that disputable... Imo..

Lets stop with the revisionist history. Marquez was only down by *1* round.

Provodniko has gone on to win a title @ 140 and prove himself better than Rios.

Rios was coming off of a LOSS and was *unranked* @ 147. In the grand scheme of things, the Rios win is less than *meaningless*.

More revisionist history. Of the three, Marquez has the most impressive recent win, and Bradley just dropped a close UD to the guy Marquez quite impressively KTFO'ed. That's how I can have Marquez P4P #5 - above Pacquaio and Bradley.

And lets stop all the Marquez "being on his way to a TKO loss" bull****. In four fights, Pacquiao hasn't come close to KO'ing Marquez and hasn't scored a knockout in *5* years...
This is the *dumbest* post i've seen in *5* years.
You have said some of the dumbest things I've ever heard in this thread.
You started this thread by saying losses matter and then put a guy coming off a loss ahead of a guy coming off 2 wins, one being against the p4p #3 fighter. And Pacquaio-Bradley 1 was a robbery, the only people who think it wasn't are morons.

I can't think of 5 or 6 guys that are better than manny right now, there are a few, but not 5 or 6

You think Pacquiao's #3 ranking is bad but use this one as a defense? He had one good win in the 3 years before this ranking and the two fights before that he beat a past it Ricardo Mayorga and lost to Cotto. Then he didn't win another fight for 4 years after Margarito
