Nice try. If it does outsell the Angulo fight, it won be Lara's "fans" that will put it over. It will be hardcore fight fans that passed on Angulo because we knew it wasn't a competitive match-up.

At first the hater's accuse Canelo of "ducking" Lara (he's afraid of Lara BUT fought Floyd? LOL) and make the bold proclamation that "he'll never fight Lara".

Then once the fight get's made they think a 1lb or 2lb difference is somehow a MASSIVE advantage and gives Canelo the clear edge not knowing that both guys on fight night will weigh about the same, high 160's low 170's.
LOL!!! The amazing thing is about 12-18 months ago, all these people talking all this **** about Canelo were on his d1ck claiming Floyd was scared of, and would never fight him. Now that he lost to Floyd, they can't stand him. I like to call those folks F.ucktard Nation. The only way for him to get back in the good graces of F.ucktard Nation would be to fight Pac. Then he'll be an ATG.

he's a middleweight now. this is an odd move for goldenboy, to be honest. they're in a tough spot. alvarez won't be a great middleweight.
Canelo was never gonna be great.

So what youre saying is they're still gonna tune in to watch Lara...? Whether they are hardcore, casuals or Lara fans theyre still gonna tune in cause they know Lara is a much better fight. But he's a nobody doe.

          • Always felt that date was ok. No one cares about a third place game in any tournament, imo. I'm actually glad that Canelo took this fight. I doubted him and now I eat crow over it

These dudes are ridiculous nah mean.

Very similar to Garcia vs. Matthysse too. Everyone was like Garcia is ducking Matthysse, he's scared, he won't dare step in the ring. Then when the fight got made, they all backtracked and said Danny's gonna get executed. Then after the fight, there were more excuses. Lucas lost cause of a miracle eye swell.

They vast majority will be tuning in for Canelo, bro. He's the A side and brings way more fans to the table.

Lara should just be thankful that he gets to fight in front of such a large audience. He needs to make the most of this opportunity.

They're tuning in to see a real fight. Since we're comparing numbers. What did Lara-Angulo do on free TV? Probably not much more than Nelo-Angulo did on PPV. But I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. Like you told a previous poster. According to your logic, Canelo was responsible for however many PPVs more than what Floyd did with Guerrero.

Is different if they tell you "you can't do it" adds up to all the other thing you need to prepare for a fight specially if that happens the day of the weight in, so don't tell me is a ridiculous claim no matter how he usually comes the night of the fight, perro didn't got the memo...
