Bingo. I hate how modern boxing doesn't like to give even rounds but I believe I had the first round even. I gave Bradley 3 rounds at the end of the fight. I can't see giving Bradley anymore than 5 rounds and I've watched/scored the fight 3 times. For people who say that Manny missed a lot that's true but he still outlanded Bradley for the most part. Also Manny dodged a lot of Bradley's shots, it wasn't just Bradley.

As a side note I scored Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez III in favor of JMM.

I had Pac winning a wide decsion the 1st time i saw it. Went back to see the commentary just now.
Only saw the 2 rounds so far and WOW. Bradley begins good, boxing good, using angles and frustrating
Pac. E.steward already says how Roachs predection of Pac winning every round doesnt look good. Kellerman says
Pac is losing this round. Lampley says what makes you say that, Kellerman responds saying the times hes sees
a fighter get clipped its Pac with the exception of 1 body punch he landed. Bradley throws more body shots, Lampley
acknowleges them. E.steward says everytime Pac throws hes off balance and outta postion. Round coming to end Pac lands
a left, crowd goes crazy, Lampley goes crazy lol says A HARD LEFT HAND BY PAC! best puch of the round so far.
Then Pac contuies Lampley seems happy now lol, he says another straight left for Pac, big pops for Pac. Round comes to end
Lampley says 3 big booms for Pac. The 2nd seemed it grazed and the 3rd completely missed lol i was like WTF Lampley
it hit air. 2nd round begins Lampley says how Pac left bailed him out of the 1st round smh. Ledderman scores 1st for Pac.
Compubox had Bradley throwing more, but Pac landing 1 more punch than bradley 10 to 11. Kellerman says not sure it won
the round for Pac, basically implying compubox is BS. So far Kellerman seems the most competent one there. Gonna go
score this fight again so far Bradly winning.

How many times have we seen the whole "omg hbo commentary so sickening, rewatched it on mute and omg amazing revelation guise i think bradley won now!!" story.

Pac won this fight and was fighting half-assed and lazy. Bradley took advantage and was able to win a few, FEW rounds. 4- 5 at the very most

Now if the fight wasnt of the same magnitude and not for a belt then I would be okay not calling it a robbery. But it was one of the biggest fights that year!! The rounds individually looked close but as a whole Pacquiao clearly was slightly the better and stronger man. The champion pushed the fight and hurt Bradley much worse than he was hurt. Now that being said some rds looked too close to call. Its one of those things we have to deal with in the fight game.
Lets just hope this fight ends decisively. Doesnt have to be by one punch knockout but if were gonna set up a third fight then at least let it mean something.

Rescored it in honor of this thread with no volume.

              117-111 or 9 to 3 Pacquiao.

In order to score this fight for Bradley you have to give him rounds that Pacquiao clearly got the better of.

This fight was emblematic of a certain kind of disease in scoring. You have to have the discipline to score accurately and consistently despite the fact that one guy keeps edging out the rounds when the tendency of a lot of people is to start gifting "mercy" rounds or "token" rounds because they feel the need to give one to the other guy. That's a big problem, universally, in scoring. "Oh, I'll give that one to Fighter B - he did better that round.." Plain nonsense.

It's as much of a robbery as people claim Pac-Jmm 3 was.

In other words get over it. The rematch is this weekend.

                  Was it even a robbery?

First of all the commentary was sickening. Lampley, STFU! ''Boom!, boom!, pop! & another one!'' Not one, not a single punch even grazed Bradley.
It reminded me of when Steve Bunce was talking about ''Manny disease'' & how when he fights a lot see things that in reality didn't happen. They see what they want to see.
Lampleys seeing Bradley on ***** St getting lit up by 5-6 punch combinations, I'm seeing Bradley slip, block, roll & counter.

I didn't score it, I just wanted to enjoy the fight tbh but I felt the 1st few rounds was close rounds and I felt Bradley took the last three, pretty clear.
                  Lampley gave Pac the 11th & 12th

I'd need to score it properly on a round by round basis with the sound off but after rewatching & not scoring as such I seen a different fight.
Pac won his rounds more dominantly and the crowd was very pro Pac but I am under the impression that was a lot closer than people give it credit for.
One of the worst decisions ever, no way.

I feel Pac probably did still win. I'm taking Bradley in the rematch & lumping quite big on him to take a decision.
I don't think it will be controversial, maybe if Pac wins but I think Bradley beats him close but clear. 8-4/7-5
I agree with you. That was one of the worse commentated fights ever. Pac was given credit for missing many shots. However i did still have Pac winning the fight. I scored it 7-5. I though Pac clearly won 7 rounds and Bradley clearly won 5. Many times Pac only fought for the final 10-20 seconds of a roound. It's hard to give a guy the round when he took off 90% of the round. And like you I think Bradley wins the rematch. Now whether they give him the decision is another topic.

I rewatched it again today and had it 7-5 to Manny. I can't see a scenario where anyone could have Bradly winning, but it was a close fight. If anything, it shows that Manny definitely can't take the first 2 minutes of every round off and hope that landing the odd flurry will win it for him this time.

It was a difficult fight to score, Tim was throwing that jab non stop to attempt to keep Manny off, even though it was barely landing but quite often neither fighter landed anything clean.

It was a bad decision, only reason it was amped up was because of HBO and it's Pac. Nonetheless it still is a bad decision. Come the rematch we will see where both are at.
