        I think castillo has better technique. Though i do think they are very similar fighters, they both like to go to the body and preassure there opponents. But castillo has getter foot work and can cut the ring of better than Hatton.

            they are both exceptional i would like to see them figt eachother in order to make an accurate assesment.

              I think Hatton is faster and punches stronger.
              Defense is about the same, they both get hit.

              i changed my mind. Hatton has a slightly better overall technic in my eyes...including the defense...

                  LMAO@ how close this poll is. Now, I may not like Ricky Hatton, but I acknowledge his accomplishments. I've seen 3 of his fights, and aside from his impressive relentless pressure, I've seen nothing but roughhouse tactics from him, so OBVIOUSLY I voted for JLC.

                    they are both two of my fav fighters to watch right now and i couldnt even vote because i see it as to close to call. but it would be a great fight to watch for sure. i hope we all get to see it.

                      Tough to pick. Hatton is more consistent in his performances, but hasn't fought the level of opposition that Castillo has.
