This has literally been the formula for the last 5 years with this team and people continue to fall for it. Mayweather has tried to engage in negotiations with Top Rank on 3 different occasions and each time they claim his demands were too much and clear indications that he's ducking, only to agree to the demands at a later time.

First it was blood testing, then it was wanting to fight Marquez instead, and then it was 40 million dollars wasn't enough money.

Meanwhile, as soon as both of them have a fight signed, quotes like this come out. Its the same **** every single time. Pacquiao's followers will fall for it again soon - Arum is already on record saying that the winner of this fight (which I'm assuming will be Pacquiao) will fight Marquez later this year, but when Mayweather reaches out again with a "ridiculous offer" that they'd accept if they really wanted the fight, everyone will blame Floyd again, while Pacquiao goes on to fight exactly who Arum said he would: Marquez.

Why did Pac turn down $40 million? (why not? Floyd maybe the biggest name in boxing today, but back then, Pac was considered #1-B, Floyd will be earning an estimated 80M-150M in that fight and his dance partner will only get 40M flat (w/ no PPV share), minus Tax, TR share, Whole Team's salary, Etc. After all deductions, he will only get around 8-10M so why take it?

Why did he get knocked cold by Marquez for less money? (He Knocked himself out by jumping into marquez right hand, He just got reckless, Lucky Punch! Get it?)

Why did it take 4 years for him to take a blood test? (As I said, Back then, He is the P4P #1 (Official) and some experts considered him as #1-B. So why let other fighter w/ almost same status as him to dictate. And ask sooooo much demand and in the end, he just simply do not want to negotiate w/ Arum.
