standard procedure for team Pac for the last half a decade. Sign a fight with a top rank opponent, make sure mayweather has his fight signed, then commence **** talking.

when neither of them have fights sign, then we hear things like Bob Arum doesnt know how to reach mayweather. must have lost his phone number.

All pac wants to do is fight huh? That's always the story when they both have fights signed up. When neither of them have obligations, where is pac with all the bravado then? He's turning down $40 mil. They need time for a special stadium to be built. Take off the Pac goggles man.

That's a good point. Pacs team does seem quiet whenever no fights are signed. But the same can be said about mayweather. Both fighters have had their share of excuses. So I think it's safe to say that their both afraid to face each other.

why don't people stop and tell the truth, they both in the past are at fault for making excuses. but if you wanna talk about who has the advantage now then you have to Mayweather because look at what they have done for their past couple of fights. I like Mayweather winning if they fight but Manny definitely has a chance to stop Floyd and win but its hard to give Manny the nod when Manny has been knocked out cold and got a win from a 140 fighter coming up for the first time and coming up from a lost i might add while Floyd won against a guy that also is a true 140 fighter but atleast the guy didn't lose his last fight and then won against Canelo who came in probably 15 pounds heavier on fight night,

Both are at fault (I wouldnt go as far as to say they are scared). This is something people like junior Gong fails to realize, both parties are the reason this fight has not happened.

it's pretty obvious is that floyd is the one avoiding it 'pacquiao who (duck) ... I won't do business with his promoter (duck) ... he has to knock out bradley to earn it (duck) ... he's not on my level(duck) ... he has to join TMT and give me a few fights(duck) etc etc
