Manny dictated that Floyd pay 1 million dollars for every pound he came in overweight too and Floyd agreed. There's nothing wrong with asking for blood testing, something BOTH opponents would submit to, not just Pacquiao.

again during the interview nobody mention anything about how do u feel about people calling u scared, etc. he openly brought it up on himself. and manny never denied random testing, it was the cut off that they couldnt agree on. and when did i say i believe what manny said? and u have the nerve to say pac fans are jackasses for believing that? Floyd said he doesn't care if people think he is a coward for not fighting Pacquiao without a random drug test because he is a rich one. Clearly emphasizing his stance on testing for the fight. Mayweather wanted testing random while Nanny wanted it set exactly when he can be tested. That is not random so no he did not agree to random blood testing, so you are wrong. Fact is and still remains that Pacquiao was the reason the fight didn't happen in the first place and no matter how Manny fans try to shift the blame it is all documented.

Biggest question is, why is Floyd, who is able to juice, still scared to fight Pacquiao? His case is similar to Berto and Pederson. They know they're juicing, yet were still demanding extra testing? Remember when Berto was accusing Ortiz of juicing?
