Pac fans are willfully ignorant to the facts. This dude has made a million excuses to avoid drug testing. Arum is talking stuff about building special stadiums. Come on man... Why isn't the media discussing how Pac and Roach duped Bradley into signing the contract thinking there would be mandatory blood testing, only for Pac to go back on his word? So drug testing is good enough for the Rios fight but not the Bradley fight? And this doesn't raise ANY red flags. Amazing!!!! I'm expecting a return to the Pac that was breaking eye sockets and stopping guys much bigger than him. He's back on the sauce for this fight.

The real reason the fight didn't happen was because Manny never beat Berto.

The only things Floyd demanded was that Manny accept drug testing, an uneven split, avenge his losses to Bradley and Marquez, leave Bob Arum, fight for his promotional company, and 100 million dollars.

Guerrero beat Berto and Aydin and was a WW belt-holder. Maidaina beat Soto Karass and Broner, and is a WW belt-holder. Canelo beat Trout and was a Jr. Middleweight belt-holder. Who did Marquez beat at WW? Who did Bradley beat at WW (before Manny)? Who did Rios beat at WW? Stop saying Cotto was drained against Pacquiao, you say that because Mayweather said so. Cotto fought Pacquiao in a 145 catchweight when Cotto fought clottey Cotto went to the ring at 146 so there's no "Drain" you all said that because Mayweather said that Cotto was drained against Pac. So if Cotto was "DRAINED" then Canelo was Drained against Mayweather because the fight took place at 152 pounds LOL!!!

Actually, Cotto himself said that making weight against Manny was a "sacrifice". That's why he declined a Pac rematch in 2012, when Manny wanted him to drain down to 147, after fighting @154 for nearly 2 years. lol. But don't let facts get in the way of your argument. Carry on.
