Please take into full context everything that was said. Dont look at "Im a rich coward" and make it seem like he came from out of nowhere and just said that. It makes people look smarter when they use logic and context.

I agree to n extent but its bc may always has different excuse: testing, purse split, avenge your losses first, leave top rank. Its always somethin different where pac just says - i want yhe fight.. wen does floyd evr say that?

Oh goodness. Here we go again... Testing was a contractual demand. Now we're calling contractual demands excuses. I guess ring size, glove size and $10,000,000 per pound weight penalties were Pacquiao's excuses. But in all reality we know that Pacquiao was the one who made all of the excuses about why he couldn't take random blood tests. Remember "scared of needles" and "having blood drawn weakens me"? What happened to that? Straight up bold faced lies! When was the purse split ever an issue? Mayweather agreed to a 50/50 split before Pac decided to duck out on negotiations and fight Joshua Clottey instead. Since then they've never even had a another round of proper negotiations... Cotto avenged at least one of his losses before Floyd gave him a shot. If Mayweather would have tried to make a fight with Pacquiao directly after he had been flat lined by Marquez there would have been nothing but outrage from the Pacaholics all over the internet. And you know good and well that after the failed negotiations that the only way that this fight could possibly ever be made is if Bob Arum is out of the picture. Other than Pacquiao himself Bob Arum has been the major roadblock to getting this fight made and everyone knows it. It's quite convenient for a Pacquiao fan to play dumb like they didn't know that Arum was intentionally trying to prevent this fight from happening. But I get it. If Pacquiao fans were to admit to the truth of what has actually happened then they wouldn't be able to support the holy and benevolent Manny Pacquiao and all of his lies, excuses, denials and bogus alibis...

interviewer asked floyd does he really believe that pac is jucing and then all hell broke loose. so yes "im a rich coward" did came out of nowhere.
