Floyd has said in the past that Arum still owes him money. Also that Arum sold him and his career short because he always wanted the big money fights but Arum didn't think Floyd would be able to garner the interest in them. Think about it, he offered 8 million for Margarito but Floyd was able to go out and get 20 million to fight Oscar, including, getting some of the PPV, something that Oscar never let an opponent get. Floyd's thought process was validated right there.

I think this fight could happen when Pac is completely finished as a boxer and focused on politics.
