He turned the fight down after Floyd's supposed 40m offer because Floyd wanted all the PPV money, revenue etc, which would've been well over 100m. You probably think that was a reasonable offer though.

Mayweather has lost very few rounds against southpaws and is CERTAINLY better against them than Marquez is.

Last I checked he fought 2 Southpaws in his last 5 fights.
