No. Mayweather beats Pacquiao because he has about as fast of hands, better footwork, superior ring generalship, superior timing, superior accuracy, stellar defense, and almost a half foot advantage in reach.

Regardless of who you think would win the fight, it's pretty obvious that Floyd is the one responsible for this fight not happening. He's the one who didn't want it, which is why he came up with excuse after excuse as to why he won't fight Pac.

A few years ago, I would've picked Pac to win a close decision. His speed, power and simply the amount of punches he threw would've breached Mayweather's defence imo.

Now, I think it's a 50/50 fight, or maybe I'd lean slightly towards Mayweather if I had to pick.

Pac agreed to take tests on the day of the fight and right after the fight - fact.

He turned the fight down after Floyd's supposed 40m offer because Floyd wanted all the PPV money, revenue etc, which would've been well over 100m. You probably think that was a reasonable offer though.
