Well Gamboa had the chance to fight Uchi when he was WBA interim but never dared mention him instead went against a prospect in Perez.

Everyone that follows boxing knows that Gamboa say he will take the $500K and after he beat garcia up, then he can take the $500K in the rematch and Gamboa the biggest cut, garcia didn't want him to face him when he was the #1 at 126 and definatly doesn't want him to face him now.

I don't know how this champions will handle the whole amount of good boxers they are coming lately. I have in mind Socaras for instance. Are those champions always duck like Mickey is doing with Gamboa and Canelo to Lara??. They better must try to find another way to handle the Cuban boxers situation because will be no easy to always resolve the threat ducking with excuses. And Im sure that after the success of this wave of Cuban boxers so many others will come to follow they.

Cowards don't fight guys like Salido, Burgos, and possibly Uchiyama. By the way, what when was Gamboa's last win over a top fighter? Wasn't it Ponce de Leon over two years ago? Gamboa hasn't beaten a single top ten fighter in his current weight class (135) or the previous one (130). Why would Garcia's team be afraid of a fighter like Gamboa who constantly gets hit with counters and dropped?
jaja. He is a ducker. The way his brother Robert spoke at the ring, the way Mickey said in an interview that Gambia was priced out while Gamboa was saying he will fight for any amount they wanted to offer him and lately Arum cam to rescue saying he was the one who didn't wanted the fight but he didn't said that at the beginning.
This way of handling the situation with progressive excuses, contradictory ones, shows they are hiding how afraid they are. Ill believe Arum excuse if just at the beginning Arum said that, but two months later after lying means they have something to hide and in boxing is afraid of loose the cash cow like nonito was

Garcia/Uchiyama is every bit as good a fight to make as Garcia/Gamboa. I hope it happens.

Mikey dont want any and its that simple no matter how people put it.

Robert probably gets flashbacks of Abril-Rios.

It's a better, more relevant fight. People act like Gamboa is this top pound for pound dominant force, but he's not. He hasn't been anywhere near that level in years.
Garcia vs Gamboa would do better numbers.

So, why then he is afraid of Gamboa?. Gamboa is by far better than all bums Mickey Mouse had fight in his last couple of years. Is JuanMa better than Gamboa?

I wonder if Team Garcia is mad or happy as **** Bob put his face out there to save them from Gamboa (who has said would fight at 130 as well) so that just moved up b/s is horse****. Hbo didn't want no other fight now they gotta go to China chasing a save face fight.
