How will Sergey Kovalev deal with Andre Ward's head butts, hitting off the break, hitting while holding and other dirty tactics?

Will Ward demand the fight be in California with a crooked referee like Jack Reiss who permits Ward to use illegal tactics?

I have no doubts that Kovalev would return every headbutt from Ward with a low blow.

I dont think Ward is a ducker either. Some say he ducked Bute, but I'd have found it very annoying if Bute could just waltz in and get a shot at the s6 winner after feasting off of Québec cabdrivers for years.

Ward has made some ****** business decisions, but instead of sitting idle wasting his prime on the shelf, he should shut up and honour his contract. He is still getting lots of cash with the Goosens. Some would say too much given the lame opposition he is facing.

If Ward is smart, he'll take this fight. It's really perfect right now, opinion about Kovalev likely will only go down from here without a Stevenson fight.

Get real. Ward has been blatantly ducking smaller Golovkin, do you really think he is going to fight Kovalev? The guy is a coWard. That's why he is inactive, he waits for fighters like Rodriguez and Dawson to pop up that he can drain and beat.

As soon as Golovkin moves up (which Triple G is doing to pressure Ward), he'll probably move up as well and try to switch to Showtime like Stevenson did.

with ggg and chavez taken and froch busy with groves,, adonis on showtime,, the biggest fight for ward is kovalev, but i doubt it gets made anytime soon
