Why don't Andre Ward step up & fight Kovalev?

He is supposed to be P4P #2

Dude hasn't done **** in about 3-4 years. Is this guy still living off winning that Super 6?
The guy gets his d1ck rode more than Ron Jeremy and he hasn't done anything in years.

p4p #2 is waiting for Chavez Jr Even worse than Floyd fighting Maidana

Its about time Ward fought someone & someone who didn't have some of the slowest feet in boxing. Every guy hes fought has been slow footed, apart from Glass Jawson none have had fast hands.

Why does he get a pass because he beat 2 top fighters about 4-5 years back now?
Don't get me wrong, great wins but if we're honest Mr Froch & Mr Kessler are hardly the most naturally gifted specimens are they?

Lets see him against a guy who comes in at angles, behind the jab & throws 4-5 punch combinations, 90 punches a round. He isn't clumsy on his feet like Froch & Kess and Abraham. This guy don't have to set his feet to put your lights out.

No point crying about Stevenson vs K.Ovalev
Stevenson can go fight B-Hop, K.Ovalev vs Ward. Have the winners and losers meet next year.

yeah he should but the better question is if he does would kovalev or even stevenson fight him. He's clearly the favorit and a smaller draw so....

Not sure why there is nothing there at all but maybe a fight with Groves IF he beats Froch in the rematch.
Not too interested in a fight with GGG he is a middleweight, Ward actually fought at 178 as an amateur.

Kovalev seems the type of guy who would legitimately fight anyone. No pricing himself out or any B/S that guy is just a straight killer who wants titles and blood.

The inactivity must be trying the patience of even his most ardent fans, he's at less than 1 fight a year at the moment, with nothing on the horizon

Ward has accomplished more against better opponents than Mayweather and that's the only boxer casual fans ever talk about. I'd love to see a fight against Kovalev but let's see how Kovalev does against elite competition like Stevenson, Pascal, etc. if he gets the chance. A fight against Kovalev at this point doesn't make sense.

                  No chance

Mayweather has beaten like 10 P4P top 10 fighters, Ward has beaten..... 1? if Jawson was p4p when he fought him which i think he was.

Mayweather also has been champion in a multitude of divisions.

When Floyd was Wards age he had been champion of 5 divisons, ward has been champion of 1.

                  Awful comparrison, Awful.
