Why don't Andre Ward step up & fight Kovalev?

even if he did step up why the hell would he fight kovalev? im not sure i ever seen a guy get elevated this way for doing jack ****.

I'd love to see a fight against Kovalev but let's see how Kovalev does against elite competition like Stevenson, Pascal, etc. if he gets the chance.
