I think the 2nd fight was a clean victory for Alvarado, by clean I mean I dont think it could have gone either way. wasnt THAT close but I agree.. he is top 5 at 140. I can live with that accessment. I was on the fence as to whether or not Prov was ducking the fight but that doesnt seem like Prov.. Thats when I came to the conclusion it was Arum not trusting Rios at 140.

The difference is Mayweather actually ducked the best fighters of his career coming up. While canelo, is trying to build his way up fighting the top fighters. When he beats Lara "who people say is p4p behind may LOL" that is 3 top fighters of their divisions in 2 years. Trout, Mayweather, Lara. People just hate Canelo to hate, IDK y lol

I dont believe Mayweather is ducking Pacquiao. I believe Arum just didnt want to make the fight because of his hate for Mayweather and Goldenboy, and simply not having another cash cow ready because Pac-Mayweather is the peak, while Golden Boy had Canelo in the reigns getting ready to be built up to stardom and take Floyds place on the PPV level. THATS a different debate though.

Dude you really have me figured out wrong, my whole point is I want to see the Lara-Canelo fight because of what the fight would mean and it makes perfect sense.. whether or not im coming off as a hater doesnt matter. I dont believe Lara is P4P, I dont think Canelo is a duck, I dont go looking for the "next guy" he ducks. I just want to see THIS fight happen. Im new here, so maybe you just threw me into that group that believe Lara is the best fighter and stuff but thats not where im coming from. I want to see the fight because I personally find it intriguing and that fight would tell us whos truly #1 in the division. Its like the Matty-garcia fight except it wont be for all the marbles.. Floyd messed up the division by grabbing titles he has no intention of defending again, I think hes finished at 154.
