to be honest if Floyd fights Thurman next and beats him, his critics will say Thurman was too green and inexperienced

But post fight I gained a lot of respect for RG's fight game. He was quick, alert, fast, showed movement. Threw combos. He was missing Floyd by mere centimeters a times. He was just a step too slow.

If He beats RG now were talking. I really respect Guerreros fight game much more than Khan who all know hed fold without breaking a sweat. RG is a legit step up and a legit test.
I agree, and I hope you understand why I said, he should fight Khan.

It's so then there are literally no excuses for a Thurman fight not to get made.

Beats Khan. Beats a guy with a large fan base. Does it on Floyd's under card. Beats a guy that was supposed to fight Floyd. Isn't some no name guy that happened to upset Khan. Can't use the excuse that no one knows who Thurman is, etc.

Of course Guerrero would be a better test, but he doesn't bring that same exposure, and Guerrero already refused to fight Thurman, so......you get it.

And if he fights and beats Devon, they'll say Devon was a bum. If he fights and beats Guerrero, no comment. If he fights and beats Porter, same thing as Thurman. If he fights and beats Khan, lmao. If he fights and beats, ANYONE, people will ALWAYS say something. Same goes for Pac.

        Who gives an F!?

Be real. You're only saying Thurman's not ready because you know he's a better fight than anyone at WW out of the GBP stable. Maidana's even less prepared style wise, but that's a great fight? Guerrero, Ortiz?

Hell, even Canelo, but since that's your boy, he was ready, even though it was at a CW. OK.

Fact of the matter is, Thurman's beaten Zaveck, a guy that was on his way to stopping Berto. Anyone with a brain cell knew Berto was almost out of it. Chaves, a guy that no one at WW is trying to fight, at all. KOd Quintana at 154. KOd the guy that TKOd Berto, the same Berto that you have to beat to get to Floyd.

Hell, we would've seen Thurman beat up Guerrero if it wasn't for Guerrero's ducking.

Khan would be the cherry on top, and he's a tougher fight than Broner, easily.

And we're not even considering one of the most important factors. He's beating all these guys in spectacular fashion! WTF does he have to do? Beat the **** out of Devon? That easy fight will get him Floyd? KO, chinny Brooks? Beat up Guerrero, the same guy that's ducking his ass?

            Khan is enough.

The first bold part is what you really trying to push. Not the fact that hes good but that for some reason you think im saying hes not ready is to protect Floyd. LMAO!!! Thurman is just not ready in my eyes but i guess throw him to the wolves and see what happens. I would prefer at least one championship fight but so many are so eager to rush him.

The 2nd part. Yes Canelo is my favorite fighter but before the fight was signed i wanted him to fight Angulo or Cotto in Sept then fight Floyd May 3rd, 2014. Wrote that many times. As for the CW IDC about those. I didnt se it affecting him at all since he was 153 against Trout in April and have always said that if a fighter agrees to CW than thats on them. He didnt need Floyd he was a monster before and is a monster after but he didint think it affected him.

Of course I'm trying to push that!

Why wouldn't I want to see the #1 P4P fighter fight, who I believe is the best WW in the GBP stable???

You want one champion fight? Who do you want to see him fight?

He can fight a winner of Paulie/Porter. Get that belt and defend against Ghost or Alexander. Not limiting to those names but high profile championship fight. He does that and wins then by next year he will the name that everyone wants.

I also think hes the best WW at GBP but i wanna see him show it before throwing him in with Floyd. The eye test can only show so much

To really get buzz going for Thurman, they need to keep him busy vs lesser guys that he can ko, and learn his craft..
Lucas and ggg both created huge buzz by fighting and dominating lesser opponents, same blueprint should be used for Thurman..

When your an exciting puncher, that stops people, it really doesn't matter who you fight as long as you can dominate and stop them... Look at Curtis Stevens, he beat no one of note and landed big ggg fight..
