I understand and agree. I just think in spite of the business, they need to do the right thing. That's why boxing can't be left to it's own governing. We need someone outside of boxing to regulate these fools.
I just feel so bad for Herrera, but this happens in boxing so much, I think Herrera already saw the writing on the wall.Comment

Bruh, you didn't even understand the convo cuah and I were having you just bud in...
Just forget it, you clearly don't understand the point and I don't even think I understand yours. Don't worry about it.Comment

In spite of.....
I get the business aspect of boxing, I made a thread about it the other day. This is the same reason I also advocate for a boxing Czar, someone to regulate these types of decisions and corrupt judges.
Again, I guess I'm just coming from Herrera's point of view. I feel terrible for him and nothing bothers me worse than a bad decision in boxing. Like I said, when Chavez Sr. was given the draw vs Whitaker, I was the first to call BS.
I call it like I see it and no matter whether you are my friend, my countryman, whatever, if it's wrong it's wrong.Comment

If Al Haymon and Richard Schaefer and Bob Arum died tomorrow then I might have some hope for the sports integrity.Comment

It's a sad situation and the TS has good solid points.
Something that pisses me off and I might be the only Boxing fan that feels this way. All these boxing stories about how many tickets have been sold in such and such days, how many viewers watched a Showtime or HBO show and how these PPV cards are stacked. I feel these boxing promotions use it as a smokescreen to protect their average product.Comment
