Unlike many here I have a good grasp on what is realistic and what is clearly scripted fantasy, there is no way Scott could have amassed some record like he has without being ko'd many times before because certainly he had been hit before with harder punches than a grazing slap where the knuckle part of Wilder's glove never touched him at all.
Did Malik Scott take a dive against Wilder?

Well 1) I'm not saying for sure that it is a dive but I suspect that it is and 2) that was one slappy ****e technique hook I don't even want to call it a hook, it's supposed to be a set up shot to open up the guard for the right, I just can't believe he would get knocked out by that even on the temple. plus the wink just before, su****iousComment

are you ****ing kidding me?a nerf football? He is not a super hero, he still has to have his weight distributed properly for it to be effective, sure it doesn't feel good but its like getting hit with a nerf football and this was 100% without question a dive.
The fact that it was a dive isn't what bothers me, what bothers me is that anyone could even fathom for a second that this could have possibly been a legit ko.
The right landed son... was it flush.. no I wouldnt call it flush because his guard mitigated SOME of the damage plus his fading back a but.. but he got a piece of him with that right.. people forget (or just dont know) guys as big and powerful as wilder dont have to land flush to hurt someoneComment

That's not even true. There are two types of punvhers in boxing leg punchers who genearw power from their legs. Guys like Mike Tyson, or Gennady Golovkin. Thenyberes guys with long, stiff arms that generate most their power from their upper body, the klitchskos, Tommy hearns and wilder. Wilder just has crazy power in his upper body and arms.He is not a super hero, he still has to have his weight distributed properly for it to be effective, sure it doesn't feel good but its like getting hit with a nerf football and this was 100% without question a dive.

It didn't land, no where near flush it tapped him at most inflicting no damage as he was already falling back and blocked most of it. Watch the replays in slow motion and you will see this. The right landed son... was it flush.. no I wouldnt call it flush because his guard mitigated SOME of the damage plus his fading back a but.. but he got a piece of him with that right.. people forget (or just dont know) guys as big and powerful as wilder dont have to land flush to hurt someoneComment

Wilder is not so strong that open handed slaps with a gloved hand can knock another pro fighter his own size completely senseless to where he couldn't beat a 10 count. That's not even true. No you just have no idea what you are talking about and everything you're saying is based off opinion. You dont even realize what you're saying.. you're judging the power of punches with your eyeball.. do you not see thats silly? serious question.Unlike many here I have a good grasp on what is realistic and what is clearly scripted fantasy, there is no way Scott could have amassed some record like he has without being ko'd many times before because certainly he had been hit before with harder punches than a grazing slap where the knuckle part of Wilder's glove never touched him at all.Comment
