Exactly. Wilder may have power but he actually has to throw with power to hurt someone. It's not like he has magic in his hands. That punch was practically a slap and if he can't take that kind of thing without being totally unable to stand up again, I don't see how he can even make it through sparring.

This is along the lines of Seldon vs. Tyson or Herbie Hide vs. Bowe: fear-induced. He got hit and his mind magnified the power. It happens.

I think he got a small taste of the power and said...." no mas' . Especially after seeing what happened to the white wolf.

Wilder will spark out the glass jawed Clinchko in 8 . But i really really doubt the big ukranian hugger will ever face wilder .

What do think about the wink by scott just before wilder through the slapping left? Coincidence?

I think the first punch to the temple did it.

It was fixed, the knock down was real, but he could get up easy, he was there to get K.O, he was ready to dive, he was waiting for it, he wanted to have as little damage as he could, he wasn't hurt at all, ! Wilder is a joke !

I saw plenty of folks predicting this sort of outcome.

There was a sense that Scott lacked heart and passion before the fight. It wasn't that surprising - just to see it actually play out ..like that.. was upsetting.

Come on guys, boxing is the most corrupt sport in the world and everybody knows. This **** was fixed as hell to make Wilder look legit and possibly land him a payday with Wlad.

Left hook clearly landed and the right landed as well. Only an idiot would think Scott would throw his career away to a guy that hasn't has a single 6 figure pay day, with an extremely small fan base.

The right hand landed as well as the left, but people will keep shouting fixed I guess.

Doesn't matter man, the people have spoken. Next time GBP should probably not put him in there with a good friend who may or may not lack heart. Put him in there with someone the public knows will lay it all out there
