Yeah yeah yeah Canelo was at 152, but that was JMW fight, and a big one. The one to be made there at the time.

Manny vs Bradley is much better than Floyd vs Maidana as far as competition goes.
Just curious as to how you can say Manny vs bradley is great as far as competition goes, when I am pretty sure you are one of those who said Manny dismantled, killed, and put Bradley in a wheelchair. Im confused on how most of the people who said all that about the first fight are excited about the 2nd one. Its so confusing.

Are you sure about this post?

If I recall, He beat ODH at 154, won a title, dropped it, then regained it when he fought Miguel at 154 then Canelo at 152.

Is there something wrong with a 147 lb champion doing the above?

It was kind of crappy for Floyd to fight Canelo at 152, though I didn't have a big problem with it, much like Pac fought Cotto at 145.

Both Canelo and Cotto made weight fine, were huge on fight night, and were beaten by the better fighter.

Ugh here comes Dunn to try and muddy things up. The guy is on his 2nd sww stint as champ, since beating Cotto. Has held a belt continuously since, almost 2 years. Yet most of his fans assure us he's too small for the weight with no intention of fighting there again, hence the infamous cw. Why is he still sitting on the belt he's too small to wear? And not any belt, lineal

As you know I don't like any situation where a champion has to defend at a weight lower than the division max. I thought both made the CW for an advantage that IMO they didn't need.

The truth always seems to muddy stuff here on NSB. He has 3 fights JMW. The first 2 fights were at 154 the other at 152. It is reminiscent of ODH-who fought STurm at 160 then fought Bhop for the lineal title at 157.

Most of his fans do not say that. They say that he is a WW that has gone up to JMW because of the financial opportunity. His detractors ignore this so they can criticize. The ones that do say he is too small point to the fact he has come in to the 3 JMW fights at 148, 148, and 150 (i may be wrong) for these fights.

He isn't "sitting" on the ineal belt-there isn't one. Floyd won the lineal title. If he fights again at JMW he will defend that title.

I will agree the sanctioning body should have stripped him of the 154 lb title. They didn't because 3% of a floyd fight is far more than any other fight. Maybe we shoud blame them.

Then additionally lost to Provodnikov according to many of the same posters. I'm sure plenty would have said he lost to JMM also except their hatred of JMM for KOing Pac seemingly outweighs their general enmity towards black fighters. Personally, I do think it is a good solid fight. Like you however, I am confused how people who spent a year or more talking about how Bradley was a feather-duster fraud can declare this a great fight? I mean, if he lost 11-1 or 10-2 to Pac like some of the atrocious scorecards I've seen on here indicate and then lost to Provodnikov. I'm just wondering how this can be a great fight in their eyes just by using their own metrics.

Exactly what i am saying. Some of these posters on here might say Bradley has lost 3 fights in a row, yet this is such a great fight. I think its more about just praising manny honestly.

Joking right? Rios is not a 1 punch KO artist but most of his wins of late had been by KOing them including his opponent prior to Manny which was Alvarado. He could have done it twice but Alvarado used the ring better and it was said that Rios was not as motivated for the second fight. True or not, that is what was said.

Manny that we know would beat Rios every time but we didn't know which version was coming out.
