Not a Canelo fan but he looked real good tonight got to give him credit.. He beat down Angulo. I thought it was going to be somewhat competitive fight. Man Canelo throws bombs punches with bad intentions.

Don't agree with the stoppage should have let Angulo finish but he was taking a beating the whole fight but still fighting back. Don't think the fight was fixxed but Angulo looked like sh!z the whole fight just no power in his punches and looked slower then usual. Top to bottom decent card. can't wait for the Garcia fight next week

tonight he predicted a knockout and said just because i made canelo look like that people think they can do that to canelo but the truth is he is a really good boxer and is really strong.
      Is this Oscar?

Angulo seemed drained, his punches had no pop on them at all he just didn't look like the same fighter last night. Canelo did a great job all credit too him but style wise Angulo was tailor made for him. I saw Lara call him out afterwards and Canelo didn't want any of him I don't really blame him a super slick guy like Lara would give Canelo fits we have already seen he isn't exactly quick on his feet. Its a high risk low reward fight at the moment Laras best shot of getting the fight is to grow his fan base and make it impossible for team Canelo to turn the fight down. on a side note what the **** was Virgil doing he gave him some ****ty advice in the corner and offered literally nothing Angulo might as well have been on his own in the corner

On the posting issue I feel you completely. I used to just read on here. But 21 (15 from before this night) in 8 years? I'm sorry but I find it pretty odd you haven't wanted to post in all these years but did for this fight? Wasnt really monumental to make a point of posting? No offense, just VERY peculiar
Well not that peculiar as you thought i suppose. Im also following this forum as a passive stalker for years and just getRegistered last year, and for the funny reason though. because there are a funny debate about one's avatar and signature and i cannot seen it unless i am registered. Even after registered i only posted when feel on the mood just like today. Well by the way i disagree with the theory of perro had been bribed or kinda like that. He just completely outgunned and stunned too early. And that decides the course of the fight. Thats all... Dont be too far by accusing a fighter get a gifted victory just because you dislike him. He had do his job and deserve a respect not an accusation.

I doubt Angulo was bribed I would say it was more to do with that Russian coach he brought in seems like he may have over trained all that speed work seem to have completely sapped all his power from him

Angulo tried. He does what he normally does. He wades in with a soft range finding jab and then when the other guy is against the ropes he opens up. He couldn't do that successfully against Canelo, because he was get ripped with vicious combinations and being kept on his back foot.

It is also one the common lies that you will see on here that Angulo didn't throw ANY hard punches. Yes, he did. He three several and he even landed some. Truth is that his power had much more effect on Lara. Canelo was able to slip many punches but even the few that he took did not put him down or seem to hurt him. Lesser punches hurt and dropped Lara.

Like I said before. Canelo is a lot younger, bigger, stronger, faster, skillful than way past his prime Miguel Cotto yet Floyd was in there like a master technician like the script was supposed to be. Braaaaavo.

But of course people will never see what I see. I'll just keep predicting fights since it's so easy.

Golden Boy, Showtime and all these robbers are putting in sparring matches and stealing people's money.

It's all WWE. Or should I say WBE.

Look...in reality Maidana makes Floyd look bad. Worst than Castillo, and Cotto ever did. And if Floyd fights Pacquiao. Floyd gets beat worst than Judah ever did.

The only reality than can happen is Pacquiao giving Floyd that 0.

Come May if all goes well Floyd won't even get one scratch from Maidana.

Well, it might be one of a possibility. But imo whichever. Version of perro he is simply no match for today's version of canelo . I think only a healthy version of Martinez can beat him on the division now, not even golovkin.kirkland is too slow and lara doesnt have enough chin to withstand canelo's uppercut.

Not even gonna continue to debate the fight anymore bc I don't have a dog in the fight (no pun intended). I don't hate Canelo, I've been saying for awhile now he could take over boxing. I've never been a big Angulo fan, but I've watched him fight plenty of times and the Angulo that showed up last night had no intention of really fighting until the end, and that's fact.

Far as the peculiarity comment, you joined in 2013. Have 25 posts. The guy I was talking to been a member for 8 years, only 21 posts, 5 being about the fight last night. Yes that's peculiar.
