According to Wisconsin law, Molina's age at the time of the crime (18), and the charges, the child was not younger than 13, but not yet 16. it's illegal here. 18 y/o considered an adult 15 year old still a child/minor. throw out what it means ethically... i know it sounds harsh and somewhat uncalled for. but the fact that it was made public to me means that perhaps it was not mutual. of course im just making assumptions so excuse my ignorance. i dont know the facts, and if someone does enlighten me

Happens. Alot of times its the young older looking girl lying about their age and the guy gets the worse of it.

Let me clarify something: I am of the white race, but I am also a Latino (think De La Hoya, or Sergio Martinez).

blacks & latinos are not "just about as likely to be sexual predators" on average pedophiles seems to be more common amongst white males then black/hispanic.............(have you actually traveled?) many 3rd world countries are a hot bed for pedophiles. i actually do travel..........i went to mombassa kenya & everywhere you turn you see a under aged girl with a 40+ year old white male.

What you're citing is anecdotal evidence. It's duly noted, and doesn't come as a surprise, but your observations are far from scientific and might not be compatible with real research data. I've heard all kinds of stuff myself, and it wasn't only about white men. Am I supposed to consider that worthwhile evidence? As far as I can tell, men of all races have been known to seek young women.

I've traveled a fair amount, but I don't usually visit third-world countries. I will submit that, one of the reasons why you may tend to see middle-aged white men with underage females in the third-world is because, by and large, Western white people are more affluent. You don't think that there are rich Arabs and Asians seeking out underage ******* in impoverished, or even affluent, countries? You don't think there are significant numbers of African men raping and taking advantage of underage African females? Those are numbers we'll never be privy to, and they happen to be very important to our discussion.
