Look forget how old he was and how old the victim was. Second degree sexual assault means he either had sexual contact and/or intercourse by the following...

2. without consent of that person and causes injury
3. with a person who suffers from a mental illness or deficiency
4. with a person who is under the influence of an intoxicant to a degree
5. with a person who the defendant knows is unconscious
6. is aided or abetted by one or more other persons without the consent of that person.
7. is an employee of a facility or program and has sexual contact or sexual intercourse with a person who is a patient or resident of the facility or program.
8. with an individual who is confined in a correctional institution if the actor is a correctional staff member.
9. with an individual who is on probation, parole, or extended supervision if the actor is a probation, parole, or extended supervision agent or who has influenced or has attempted to influence another probation, parole, or extended supervision agent's supervision of the individual.

Molina still in jail, fight is in jeopardy

Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer informed ********* that IBF jr middleweight Carlos Molina is still in jail and his status for Saturday is a question mark. Apparently Molina is also facing an immigration hold. Molina resides in Chicago, Illinois but he was born in Patzcuaro, Mexico.

Schaefer explained that if the Molina vs. Jermall Charlo bout does not happen, then the Ricardo Alvarez vs. Sergio Thompson bout will be televised. Ricardo is the younger brother of Canelo Alvarez.

According to Wisconsin law, Molina's age at the time of the crime (18), and the charges, the child was not younger than 13, but not yet 16. Good find. Offense date was 12-05-2001 so yeah, he was 18. If the girl was 15, that's still kind of creepy. But it's borderline using the formula [(Age/2)+7].



If the girl was 13 or 14, that's just not right.

There are people who do time for "sexual assault" when all they did was get head from a girl who was 16 when they were 18.

When I was a senior in high school freshman girls were getting ****ed by 17-18 year old guys all the time. You may think it's creepy but it happens all the time.

When I was 18 my senior year I ****ed a sophmore who was 16. If her dad found out and was a **** I could have gone to jail.
