If he committed the crimes so many years ago, how come it takes authorities so long to arrest him? I mean he's only been on TV several times! Not like he's on the run

He likely got pulled over on a traffic stop, and upon checking him out in the data base, the cops saw that he has an outstanding warrant.

The problem with society is this thread. I don't know what the circumstances were, and guess what neither do you. I have never liked Molina. The way he fights, the way he looks, just irks the **** out of. So keep that in mind when you read the following.

Molina was likely a 16-17 year old (maybe younger) when this took place. Looks like he finally got charged when he was 18. He could have ****ed some 13-14 year old girl, got caught and charged. Anything underage is considered sexual assault. Whether forced or not. Who knows what happened, who knows the circumstance. He is 30 now. He didn't commit this crime yesterday. He committed it 12+ years ago.

People change, he hasn't been charged with anything since. Give the dude a break instead of flipping out so ****ing fast. Everyone tries to be the media these days. Media has taught you guys well on how to act. The fact is none of you have a clue about anything that happened.

You are right, but guys tha already hate the man, dfinitely are more pron to jump in to conclutions with no facts..nothing on their case. they don't even know the age of the victim that could have being his girlfriend or if he was convicted or not and people here already saying he did not pay for his crime.

Lets hear all the facts and than condem the man....crusified him if he comes out to be a Pedo, and he desrves whats comming to him.

I thought you were silly before, but that you at least had half a brain. This is one of the ******est statements I've seen around here in a while. For starters, what evidence do you have supporting the claim that white men are any more prone to pedophilia than anyone else? And what makes you think the U.S. criminal justice system would be interested in protecting pedophiles of any race?

And you do with your BEST case scenario??? No 16 year old would plea guilty to sexual assault of a child if the child is indeed 15.

My cusin who was 16 was ****ing a girl (girlfriend) 15, mother called police on him and they could not put him in jail, because he was a minor, that girls mother wnted him arrested and charged with a **** charge, i don't know what happened but he was never convited nor charged, he just got a restraining order ( not to go to near that girls house) and that was the end of it.

According to Wisconsin law, Molina's age at the time of the crime (18), and the charges, the child was not younger than 13, but not yet 16. I know for a fact that the FBI profiles white males as being more apt to be serial killers, but pedophiles? I've never heard anything similar about that. I do believe that from anecdotal point of view, at least, blacks and Latinos are just about as likely to be sexual predators. In any event, the assertion that the U.S. criminal justice system methodically protects sex offenders because they supposedly tend to be white men is absurd.

blacks & latinos are not "just about as likely to be sexual predators" on average pedophiles seems to be more common amongst white males then black/hispanic.............(have you actually traveled?) many 3rd world countries are a hot bed for pedophiles. i actually do travel..........i went to mombassa kenya & everywhere you turn you see a under aged girl with a 40+ year old white male.

it's pretty common all around the world to be honest.............i don't think you need the FBI to tell you about the issue.
