You're dangerously uninformed, my friend. Google "Genarlow Wilson" to get up to speed. 17yo was sentenced to TEN YEARS in prison for having consensual *** with a 15yo.

As for Molina, shame on those here who have condemned him without knowing the circumstances of his conviction. It does appear that he's probably done something wrong here, but nobody here knows exactly what.

So this is the specific thing he was convicted for was
      http://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/stat...tutes/948/02/2

Least scummy scenario is that Molina could have been 16 and the girl was 15. The statute doesn't say that any force or violence is required like the other quoted stuff posted here. Could have simply been two consensual teenagers.
Or he could have done it against a girl that is under 10 years old, we don't know but him having stay on the register for a "Lifetime" does make this look worse especially for a 16/17/18 years old.

That's the most logical explanation. Lot's of people jumping the gun here.

Stevenson did way worse but he gets a pass.

Luckily Molina will toy with Charlo

to be fair it was back in 2002 when he was 18 and a child by law changes from state to state, she could have been 17., other sates call it ***ual conduct with a minor, I know in arizona most dont have to register for **** liek that and if they do its only till they 25 I believe but other states its lifetime and ****.

Either way not a good look for him, maybe he can flip it like adonis stevenson did.

As of August 2001 age of consent in Michigan was 16. I believe it still is.

Is clearly intended to mentally drain him the day of the fight, is ovious some guys up there in Golden Boy are trying to bake him emotionally/mentally they understand Carlos Molina's mental touhgness they dont want to resort to another Kirkland/judge wrong doing and look bad in front of people.....12 years ago and out of nowhere they're pulling this out, two day before the fight? oviously they're are not so confident in Charlos abilitys to defeat him. If he committed the crimes so many years ago, how come it takes authorities so long to arrest him? I mean he's only been on TV several times! Not like he's on the run

Molina was likely a 16-17 year old (maybe younger) when this took place. Looks like he finally got charged when he was 18. He could have ****ed some 13-14 year old girl, got caught and charged. Anything underage is considered ***ual assault. Whether forced or not. Who knows what happened, who knows the circumstance. He is 30 now. He didn't commit this crime yesterday. He committed it 12+ years ago.

People change, he hasn't been charged with anything since. Give the dude a break instead of flipping out so ****ing fast. Everyone tries to be the media these days. Media has taught you guys well on how to act. The fact is none of you have a clue about anything that happened.
Not true, bro'. He has been charged 11 times since, according to court records filed under his name and birthdate. https://wcca.wicourts.gov/pager.do;j...Direction=DESC
